Webster chat

If you use the Webster chat on this site, the conversation is processed in real time by the Claude AI, made by Anthropic. Any information you share in the chat — including your name, email address, or business details — may be sent to us via email so we can follow up with you. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to the processing of chat messages.

We do not store your chat conversation on our servers.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages accessed. This data is used for security and performance monitoring only.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as necessary to respond to and complete any work arising from them, and deleted thereafter. We do not retain data beyond what is needed.
